Charity Poem Samples and order form

This is my charity sample page. These are just a few of the poems I did for friends. I am willing to create poems for people using paypal. Think about it! A poem just for you, made by me! Quirky Bekki!

The cost will be $2 What could be better for a loved one than to receive a poem written just for them, while giving to charity at the same time, that just rocks!

Chris’s Poem

Illusive notes

take wing and scatter

for he has not yet said goodbye.

he fears his peace will shatter

and though he lingers

his heart is making

memories and thoughts

he is not forsaking

take the time

take the path

let your spirit heal

the music

that lives in your skin

will dance when the tune

is real.

Fear not what

your heart must ponder

to find it’s peace again

for this is the time for you to wander

take the time to let pain walk

for one day

when you know it’s right

your heart will glow

and your words take flight

Oz’s Poem

With a mind full of thought

you gently raise your face

to the moonlight that guards you

and keeps you

the stars twinkle merrily

knowing the special link

between your soul

and the night sky

a bond that speaks

and glimmers

like gentleness

on a windswept

shore of peace.

Mayank’s Poem

With the sky

in uncertain view

I see you struggle

to begin anew

with a spirit

that clings to two worlds

not certain of it’s welcome

in either

unknowing as you do

that faith walks

on quiet feet

you keep the song

your hearts the beat.

do not seek your soul

in the confines of a thought

seek instead the truth of your heart

there peace can be sought

Bryan’s Poem

When a clown walks in common clothing

he is dignified in a touching way

it is not in the riches he wears

but in the things you hear him say

his manner with the ones he loves

reveals depths beyond shallow laughter

for it is the richness of honesty

which is what this clown is after.

do not think to judge him

by the grinning face he shows

judge it by the subtle trace

of what that humor knows

Gary’s Poem

Sarcastic wit hides an inner heart

that twinges with sentimentality

don’t tell him I know

for it is a secret

and friends don’t reveal secrets

do we?

when he speaks

you know

that there is some serious thought

going on

life is difficult

at times

but a mind that is sharp

cuts through all the crap

until all that is left behind

are his truths

and he likes his truths

very much.

Sensa’s Poem

When you speak
you make my laughter bubble up
you’re not making jokes
you’re just a delight to hear
talking to you makes me smile
you talk like you think
and it makes you more endearing

When the core of you flows
you forget to be shy
and guarded.
Then the real you peeks out
with a sly grin and a happy shout
a puppy, wagging his tail
though you hate the analogy.

I try to see your grin
from more then one angle
Each angle offers a different
perspective
You are the friend of my mind
keeper of secrets and confidences
protector of the spiritually pure.

you are simply he
the sensa.
The only one who gets the riddle
the only one who knows the joke
the only one who doesn’t mind at all
that my mouth runs like a motor
2 seconds before my mind engages.

I like your style
and you like my wit
we just fit.
like two funky puzzle pieces
that belong to different puzzles
somehow cut exactly right
different, yet the same.

Once I receive confirmation that the payment is received I will email the poem directly to you or the person you wish to receive it, with a special message included if you like.

Please note* My poems are considered art. They are not to be changed or altered in any way. If you dislike some aspect of the poem I will happily work with you to make it more to your taste, but please keep in mind that I am an artist and will balk at being dictated to regarding my style. (We are all a bit sensitive about things we love right?)(smile)

The poems will not be of uniform size or shape. I write until I feel the work is complete. I will promise it will not be really short, so no worries there. If you have concerns please examine some of my other works on my poetry blog to get an idea of the type of work I do.

In the end choose to request a poem because you like what you see in my words. If that touches you then you can be assured that you will like the poem I create. Keep in mind this is for charity and I will be making no revenue from my very real hard work.
