I’m starting Spring off with an internal challenge.
1# Get outside and be active more.
#2 Write an impromptu book, that means the book is written without prior thought or plan..it is raw and written literally just before posting to my blog (scary).
#3 Go full water. No other drinks for 90 days.
#4 Buy a me gift once a month. No guilt. $20 limit.
#5 Let myself not think. I worry way too much.
#6 Healthy snacks (bento box)
